About the capital campaign
The GLOBE Academy outgrew its original home on Heritage Drive, and in August 2025, a new campus will open at the corner of North Druid Hills and Clairmont Roads. This campus will, for the first time, bring together kindergarten through fifth grades on one elementary campus. It will also include spaces that serve the entire GLOBE community.
One of those spaces in particular — we’re calling it The Owl’s Nest — will house everything from PE classes, sporting events, and science fairs to multicultural celebrations, school performances and graduation ceremonies.
The budget for the acquisition and renovation of the new campus, however, did not cover critical upgrades to this space.
We have launched this capital campaign to raise the $500,000 needed to turn an old gym into a beloved center of the GLOBE community.
